Sacred Resonance: A Maya Moon Cacao Ceremony & Resonate Sound Journey

Step into an ancient tradition where the spirit of Ixcacao and sacred sound converge in deep ceremonial healing. Through space preparation, energy cleansing with Maya copal, and Kaqchikel prayer and meditation, we create a sacred container, inviting the wisdom of the ancestors to guide us.
As you drink ceremonial cacao, you are called to set intentions, open your heart, and deepen awareness through prayer, song, and breathwork. The vibrations of sound weave seamlessly into the ceremony, carrying you deeper into the unseen. Enveloped in these sacred frequencies, you journey beyond the physical, awakening vision and attuning to ancestral wisdom.
This sacred fusion nourishes body, mind, and soul, restoring harmony and deep connection. We close in gratitude, honoring Ixcacao, the ancestors, and the vibrational echoes of tradition that continue to guide us.

* Maya Moon Cacao is honored to share our cultural heritage and the loving medicine of cacao. The cacao used in our ceremonies supports Mayan single mothers, handicapped youth in San Marcos La Laguna, and our farmer partners through dignified wages and fair trade opportunities.

Pilates For Alignment

Join us for monthly Pilates for Alignment classes led by Dr. Kali Arnold. Dr. Arnold is a master Pilates instructor with over 600 hours of training and 12 years of teaching experience.
Pilates is a mind-body exercise that aims to strengthen the core, increase stability, improve alignment, and prevent injury. It is the perfect complement to your yoga practice and any other activities you may enjoy.
THIS CLASS IS INCLUDED FOR UNLIMITED MONTHLY MEMBERS ONLY. $20 drop-in for everyone else.
Must be 12 years old to participate.

Awaken & Heal: A Neurodynamic Breathwork Journey w/ Zee Clarke

Step into a profound journey of self-discovery with Neurodynamic Breathwork, a powerful practice designed to access your intuition, awaken inner wisdom, and unlock deep healing. Through conscious, rhythmic breathing coupled with a curated musical journey from the African diaspora, you’ll enter an expanded state of awareness where the subconscious reveals what is ready to be healed. Join Zee Clarke, author of the book, Black People Breathe, to release stored emotions, gain clarity, and experience a sense of deep nourishment—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Guided in a supportive space, this session invites you to surrender, trust, and reconnect with your true essence. Perfect for those seeking deeper transformation on and off the mat.
Trained in India, Zee Clarke is a Harvard MBA, former tech exec, and author of Black People Breathe, who leverages her toolkit of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing, to help people manage stress and prioritize self-care. Zee has been featured in Fortune, CNBC, Essence, and Oprah Daily.

Soothing Soundbath
w/ Malaika Floyd
Sunday April 27th 5-6 PM
Allow your body to truly heal, relax, and restore through a soothing sound bath.
Paired with therapeutic singing bowls and various other sound instruments, one may shift into a deeply relaxed state, where time disappears, physical boundaries dissolve, and problems and worries melt away. At the same time, your energy flow is stimulated and senses awakened promoting natural healing processes to occur, leaving you with a feeling of comfort and sense of natural well-being. You are officially invited to relax, let go, and release through this healing journey as these ancient practices allow your body to clear, align, and detoxify.
After the soundbath, feel free to ask questions and mingle.

Yoga Nidra + Reiki
w/ Susanne McMurry
Tuesday April 29th 7:30 PM
The combination of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) and Reiki allows you to experience deep relaxation, inner exploration and support the release of physical and emotional blockages. We will begin with the practice of Yoga Nidra, preparing the mind and body for receiving Reiki energy by inducing a state of calmness and receptivity. After the practice of yoga nidra is complete Susanne will begin offering Reiki individually to each participant, clearing energy blockages and balancing the body's energy centers.
Prepare to get cozy, wear comfortable clothes and socks. Bring your mat and a favorite pillow!
