Yoga Nidra + Reiki
w/ Susanne McMurry

The combination of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) and Reiki allows you to experience deep relaxation, inner exploration and support the release of physical and emotional blockages. We will begin with the practice of Yoga Nidra, preparing the mind and body for receiving Reiki energy by inducing a state of calmness and receptivity. After the practice of yoga nidra is complete Susanne will begin offering Reiki individually to each participant, clearing energy blockages and balancing the body's energy centers.
Prepare to get cozy, wear comfortable clothes and socks. Bring your mat and a favorite pillow!
Participants will receive 10% off of a reiki session with Susanne at Sati!

Partner Thai Yoga Massage
w/ Maha Taylor
Sunday May 4th 2-5 PM
Do you feel disconnected from your body? Do you crave safe nurturing touch?
Bring your friend, partner or meet someone new in your community to practice this slow simple co-regulation bodywork practice.
Thai Massage is practiced on the floor fully clothed with slow rocking movements and large surface area compression so it's very soothing for the nervous system .
Each of you will take turns being guided through a gentle full body thai yoga session.
Partners will be guided to communicate and check-in often.
Your instructor Maha Taylor has 15 years of experience as a Psychosomatic massage therapist, trauma informed yoga instructor and workshop leader.

Soothing Soundbath
w/ Malaika Floyd
Sunday May 18th 5-6 PM
Allow your body to truly heal, relax, and restore through a soothing sound bath.
Paired with therapeutic singing bowls and various other sound instruments, one may shift into a deeply relaxed state, where time disappears, physical boundaries dissolve, and problems and worries melt away. At the same time, your energy flow is stimulated and senses awakened promoting natural healing processes to occur, leaving you with a feeling of comfort and sense of natural well-being. You are officially invited to relax, let go, and release through this healing journey as these ancient practices allow your body to clear, align, and detoxify.
All levels welcome. Must be at least 12 years old to participate.
Although sound healing is a non-invasive and gentle therapeutic approach, there are certain circumstances in which it is advisable to consult with your practitioner or healthcare advisor prior to participating.
• History of seizures
• In the first trimester of pregnancy
• Use of a pacemaker or metal implants
• Tinnitus (ringing in the ears)
Sound healing can serve as a profoundly restorative practice when undertaken with mindfulness and due diligence. Acknowledging these contraindications and implementing the necessary precautions ensures a calming and therapeutic experience to this ancient practice.

Pilates For Alignment

Join us for monthly Pilates for Alignment classes led by Dr. Kali Arnold. Dr. Arnold is a master Pilates instructor with over 600 hours of training and 12 years of teaching experience.
Pilates is a mind-body exercise that aims to strengthen the core, increase stability, improve alignment, and prevent injury. It is the perfect complement to your yoga practice and any other activities you may enjoy.
THIS CLASS IS INCLUDED FOR UNLIMITED MONTHLY MEMBERS ONLY. $20 drop-in for everyone else.
