Join the Yoga Challenge!

The first month of the year is almost over and this when your commitment to your goals starts to fizzle out. We are here to help keep you on track with our Commit to You Challenge! Take 21 classes between 1/27 and 2/21 and enter to win the Grand Prize of 1 month of free yoga, a Lululemon yoga mat, a Sati Yoga shirt/hoodie of your choice, and 1 free workshop!
Challenge Rules:
- Sign up for the challenge by 1/26.
- You must complete all 21 classes within the designated time.
- Must have an active membership or class pack with Sati (No ClassPass).
- We will cross-check your classes with Momence and the in-studio challenge board.

Pilates For Alignment
w/ Dr. Kali Arnold

You guys asked and we are finally delivering!
Join us for monthly Pilates for Alignment classes led by Dr. Kali Arnold. Dr. Arnold is a master Pilates instructor with over 600 hours of training and 12 years of teaching experience.
Pilates is a mind-body exercise that aims to strengthen the core, increase stability, improve alignment, and prevent injury. It is the perfect complement to your yoga practice and any other activities you may enjoy.
This class is included for our unlimited monthly members.
Must be 12 years old to participate.
MLK Day Community Yoga
Donation Class

Join us in honoring the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr through community yoga.
We will breathe and move together in the spirit of kindness and unity. Meet some of the inspiring young members of the Beloved Community Leadership Academy of the King Center. The Beloved Community Leadership Academy is the premier youth program of The Martin Luther King Jr. Center for Nonviolent Social Change (The King Center). The program focuses on leadership and character development, entrepreneurship and 21st-century innovation.
This is a donation-based classes with proceeds going towards supporting the BCLA at the King Center.
This class is appropriate for all levels.
Yoga Nidra + Reiki
w/ Susanne McMurry
January 21st 7:30-8:45 PM
The combination of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) and Reiki allows you to experience deep relaxation, inner exploration and support the release of physical and emotional blockages. We will begin with the practice of Yoga Nidra, preparing the mind and body for receiving Reiki energy by inducing a state of calmness and receptivity. After the practice of yoga nidra is complete Susanne will begin offering Reiki individually to each participant, clearing energy blockages and balancing the body's energy centers.
Prepare to get cozy, wear comfortable clothes and socks. Bring your mat and a favorite pillow!
Soothing Soundbath
w/ Malaika Floyd
Sunday February 2nd 5-6 PM
Allow your body to truly heal, relax, and restore through a soothing sound bath.
Paired with therapeutic singing bowls and various other sound instruments, one may shift into a deeply relaxed state, where time disappears, physical boundaries dissolve, and problems and worries melt away. At the same time, your energy flow is stimulated and senses awakened promoting natural healing processes to occur, leaving you with a feeling of comfort and sense of natural well-being. You are officially invited to relax, let go, and release through this healing journey as these ancient practices allow your body to clear, align, and detoxify.
After the soundbath, feel free to ask questions and mingle.
All levels welcome.
