ABOUT SATI YOGA & WELLNESS

Sati Yoga & Wellness is Atlanta’s home for non-heated mindful movement, offering a
welcoming and inclusive space where individuals of all abilities and backgrounds can reconnect
with their bodies. We believe that all bodies are yoga bodies, and our goal is to help students
cultivate mindfulness, build awareness, and experience the benefits of yoga beyond physical
movement.
Our approach focuses on how a pose feels rather than how it looks, encouraging self-
awareness and personal growth. Whether you are new to yoga or have years of experience, our
classes create a space for you to move with intention and compassion.


A Trauma-Informed, Accessible Approach
We are committed to making yoga accessible and trauma-informed. Our classes provide a
safe and supportive environment where students can move at their own pace, recognize signs
of discomfort, and develop tools to calm the nervous system through breathwork, meditation,
and mindful movement.
