We are Atlanta’s home for non-heated mindful movement. We believe All bodies are yoga bodies. We provide a welcoming space for people of all abilities and backgrounds to rest, restore, and rejuvenate. Our mission is to instill the mindfulness aspect of yoga into every class. We emphasize increasing the awareness of how one feels in a pose opposed to how one looks in a pose. It is about reconnecting with the body while moving through poses.

We provide accessible, trauma-informed yoga classes suitable for all levels and body types. Trauma-informed yoga creates a safe space for people to pay attention to signs of dissociation and distress that may arise, and to stop whenever it is necessary. Our classes are also a place where one can utilize tools such as breathwork and meditation to calm the nervous system.
